With the aid of cloud data analysis, the monitoring app SolaXCloud allows the agent and the end user to monitor the inverter's state, production, load usage, and energy output at any time.
The real-time data and inverter settings may be viewed and modified by end users using either remote or local login, however, for the purpose of protecting user privacy, agents may only access the site information and inverter data using remote login.
User Login Description:
Following a successful user login, end users are able to view a variety of information, such as the site name, panel size, inverter number, battery condition, alarm information, inverter output, load consumption, and exported energy. Data is collected and processed by SolaXCloud every five minutes, and the dynamic flow chart allows users to track the power distribution between the panels, inverter, battery, grid, and load.
Users can simultaneously adjust the parameters, such as the date & time, work mode, power factor, charger, and safety settings, if the inverter data is available online. Please be aware that you will need a password to access the advanced and super parameter settings.
Agent login description:
The agent is able to verify the user, site, inverter list, and authorization status after a successful login, as well as the account information, which includes the contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today, and yield total.
